Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not honor requests for refunds because of shipping delays or damage that occurred during transport. Vehicles are insured for their full value throughout the shipping process so an insurance claim can be filed with the carriers in the unlikely event of damage occurring during transport. Major events or issues can arise in someone's life and we understand that and may be willing to refund a person due to extenuating circumstances. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
